SCA Facility cleaners are supported by area supervisor who works during cleaning hours supporting them. A communication book is left at reception or agreed location for any comments or urgent work required. This will be checked by the cleaners daily as well as supervisors. An operation manager experienced in your contracts specific needs will visit you and your premises on regular basis to ensure communications and our services are being delivered to your satisfaction.

All employees attend induction programs and are provided with “Think Safety” literature. All Each staff member is trained to follow rules for safe and healthy operations, report hazards to supervisors and required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing as necessary.
